Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged/defective product

A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to Relay-Radio support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof. Photos must be taken and attached to us within the 30-day limit for us to be able to take action. As we use a print-on-demand service, we have to have time to contact our provider within the allotted time frame  

Returns/exchanges

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
